Gold course app doesn't work although the GPS and Phone connection is fine

When attempting to us the golf course GPS the device wont accept the correct course or supply yardage.

It jams on one hole and wont move on. It then jumps to a different course which is about 11 kilometers away. GPS is acquired and the phone connection is okay.

Hey @Pynie, welcome to the Community! Could you please tell me which phone are you using? Is it a compatible device? 'Cause if is not, that could be the reason why is not working fine. In the meantime, I'd like you to review these help article and follow the troubleshooting for the GPS feature, 'cause the GPS signal might not be transferred correctly.

Thanks for the reply. My Phone is an iphone 6 but a couple of years old. I'm going out today to buy a new one and I will see if that makes a difference.

Hey @Pynie, I hope you are doin' fine! Ok, give it a try and if the issue persists, as I mentioned, you can also follow the GPS troubleshooting stated on the help article that I previously posted.

I have an iphone 7 (new) I actually live on a golf course estate. Right on the second fairway and the device wont pick up this particular golf course although it is listed on my fitbit. The GPS is not working.
