I had to call three times and ask for a supervisor, but I was able to go through troubleshooting help and get connected and the watch working! Don't give up- ask to speak with a supervisor if you are told that the watch will not work with the Android version on your phone!!

So how about sharing what the problem was and how it got resolved so maybe others can do it themselves and not have to call three times?
