Google Wallet - Your card could not be added

I am attempting to add a Natwest debit card to Google Wallet on my Versa 2. I have the card set up on the wallet app on my phone, but when I attempt to add it to my Fitbit, I get an error:
"Your card could not be added. Please contact your issuer for more information."

I have noticed that it shows different issuer terms in Fitbit than in the wallet app. Is that maybe an issue?

@privateme   Google Wallet for Fitbit is different from Google Wallet on your phone.  The list of banks that participate in Google Wallet for Fitbit is much longer that the Fitbit Pay list, but not all banks participate.   Here is a link to the banks that participate in Google Wallet for Fitbit.  Please correct me if my search found incorrect information.  NatWest looks like it is a UK bank, but I don't see it on the list of participating banks.

Hi, Natwest is on the list (It is short for National Westminster Bank).
