Google Wallet is not connecting on Versa 3

Since 2 days now, my Versa 3 which was connected to my wallet for payments has stopped working. It shows the updating or refreshing status when I want to pay. On the app I tried to remove the card and add it but it says " something went wrong - an unexpected error occurred. Please try again later" while connecting to wallet. Can someone help here. I have even uninstalled and installed, disconnected and connected as well as restarted the fitbit device. Also my version is updatedto the latest.

Similar problem, since the pushed battery update, when I click on the wallet link, Google wallet opens and crashes.

BTW, have you moved your Fitbit account to Google?

Yes I moved to Google already some months ago. This problem has been resolved today. I reset my device again and it worked. Thanks Peeps.

@DaveyGG, let me recommend the following steps:

  1. Forget your Fitbit device from the Bluetooth settings
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone
  3. Restart your Fitbit device to refresh its performance
  4. Open the Fitbit app and down on the screen to force a manual sync
  5. Try setting up your cards one more time with the instructions described here.

Thanks for that - In fact I had already followed those steps - I have pretty much determined it is a Google Wallet issue rather than my Fitbit or Fitbit App - Google Wallet was updated 2-3 days ago - I had added two new cards to my Fitbit just before Christmas via Fitbit App/Google Wallet and was going to add a third, but now Google Wallet just crashes (....> Wallet.....Checking wallet status......>Continue.....crash..) so can't manage or add/remove cards, although I can pay using my Fitbit with the two cards that are on the device.

Rebooted Phone, Fitbit, un/reinstalled Google Wallet, Fitbit App etc, no joy.

So, I decided to wait until Google Wallet pushes an update.
