Google Wallet is not working on my Versa 3

Since I cannot reply to this topic anymore, https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Other-Versa-Smartwatches/Versa3-and-Google-Wallet-not-working/m-p/56..., but the problem still isn't solved, I'll start this new topic...

I cannot pay with Google Wallet on my Fitbit Versa3, no cards it says, but in the FitBit app on my phone the cards are there.

If it has been solved, what could be the reason it doesn't work for me?

If it has not been solved yet, what's taking so long?????

Hi there, @MF28. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that Google Wallet is not working on your Versa 3. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

As a first approach, I'd like to confirm that your country, bank, and card supports the payment system you want to use. Also, we need to make sure that your Versa 3 is syncing properly. If you've been running into syncing issues, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync? 

In addition, please try the following steps in the order listed:

  1. Restart your Fitbit device and phone.
  2. Restart Bluetooth on your phone.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app.

Hi there,

yes my cards should work. They work on my phone in google wallet without problem.

no, I have no syncing problems

yes I restarted everything several times already.

Have you read the topic I mentioned in my post? It should be a known error for months now and I’m still waiting for the solution.

Firmware version of my FitBit Versa 3 is 36.128.6.17

App version on my Samsung Galaxy S23 is 4.26.1
