Google play store not available

Hi. 

I cannot sign up for premium as when I click on it, it says 'google play store not available'.

The play store is available as I only just got the watch and downloaded the app to set up the watch.

Weird - Does restarting the phone help?

Unfortunately not 😞 I've just updated the watch as there was a new update
available and still when I click premium it says play store not available.
I've no idea what to do 🙈

Wonder if its permissions, logout of the Fitbit App

In Android phone Settings *

Apps

Fitbit

Check permissions

Log back in to the Fitbit app

*Quick Shortcut:S Press and hold the Fitbit launch icon, then App info [on some phones]

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
