Ok. I've had my versa for 1 week and have only gotten a sleep score 1 out of 7 nights.... am I doing something wrong?

Assuming you are also not getting sleep stages, here are some things to check.

See Why don't I see sleep stages today? 

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
