Got a new phone and can't get it to pair with Versa

Hi all, I got a new phone (LG K61) and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to pair it with my Versa 2.  I feel so frustrated because I loved the Versa 2 for the features it would sync with my phone to, but now it can't.  I've restarted my phone.  Restarted the fitbit.  I've uninstalled the fitbit app and then reinstalled it.   Anyone have any help for me please?  Thanks!

Hi @Dmac78 and welcome to the forum. I’m sorry to tell you that your new phone is not on the list of Supported Devices. While that does not mean it won’t necessarily work, but Fitbit has not tested it. Others have had issues with non-supported phones. One thing you can check is this - make sure your Android OS 7.0 or higher.
