Got new phone can't receive notifications

I just got a new phone. Everything synced up, but I'm still not receiving text messages, phone calls or emails on my versa 2. My notifications all say I'm supposed to but I'm getting nothing. I've restarted my versa 2. Uninstaller the app and still nothing.  Any suggestions would be appreciated

Hello Carol, I just checked and my phone isn't listed. The new phone I got is a galaxy s20.

Hi @Jrd81166 - unfortunately notifications are often a problem with non-supported devices. Please make sure your Android phone’s OS is at OS 7.0 or higher. Sometimes that helps.
