My sleep and heart rate hasn't been recording on the app since new years day. I noticed that my battery was depleting in less than 12hrs. Then yesterday it stopped tracking steps as well. After looking on the forum I've done a reboot on the versa by pressing the buttons until the watch vibrates, I have turned off the heart rate monitor in the settings numerous times, have deleted the app and reinstalled it. I ran the software update earlier in the month too. I discovered today whilst trouble shooting that the green light on the back is constantly on (which I now realise was draining the battery). Anyone experienced the same issue and have a resolution please? Cheers

Try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings and then About, Factory Reset.
