Green light not working on back of Fitbit and not monitoring sleep or hart rate

Help guys please I’ve not long upgraded my Fitbit to a newer model but now regretting it, after just only 4 months my watch has stopped monitoring sleep and tracking hart rate and the green light on the back isn’t working, I’ve restored my watch back to factory settings I’ve reset the phone app and the watch I’ve deleted app and restarted every thing every one is suggesting. The watch is literally just a watch the is counting steps now . I’ve tried contacting Fitbit but got sent round the houses hence why I’m back on here. Slightly frustrated as I’ve tried every thing from resetting every thing and restoring every thing.. is it just simply broke and I need to return it ??

Hi @Pjrascal The only way to organise a replacement watch is through Fitbit Support,  so you will have to go back to them. No one in the forums can do that.

Oh, no I know that I was just seeing if anyone had any ideas just in case I’ve missed something before I return it as I’ve tried all the reset options but thanks for the reply.
