The green light sensor on my fitbit came on last night and will not turn off. I reset my watch several times, I even did a factory restart...nothing helped. I let the battery drain to zero...the light is still on. I called customer support...my watch is a year and a half old so all they offer me is 25 % offf... which is exactly the same price anyone who goes to fitbit, bestbuy,etc. Would pay. Very disappointed with fitbits response. I am looking into a different brand

I'm sorry to hear about the issue that your Versa's sensor experienced. I'm also sorry to hear that your watch is no longer under warranty. The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of first setup.
I totally understand how you feel about this and we really appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.
