Have no sleep log or heart rate as there’s no green light. After numerous shut downs and reboot also turning sleep on and off in settings I have now done the factory reset and it’s still off. What to try next? It’s 8 months old. I’m fuming. This is taking so much time up.

Called techs and tried to get a fix for no lights. Three times. Never was able to get an answer as to why this issue has come up. No fix, I guess. They sidestep any questions. Weird...

Daughter bought it for Xmas. Have no proof of purchase as yet. She bought it direct from Fitbit.com. Fitbit don’t make it easy to explain what to do saw something about no exchange- if anyone can direct me to how to contact them??! I thought this was only way to get help??

@Seagardens92 there are a few options for contacting customer support. I've found the Live Chat to be very useful. The various options can be found at contact.fitbit.com

Thanks Steve, used Chat today and getting a replacement sent as it’s under warranty. Very easy and straightforward. Thanks for your help.
