Green lights not blinking on my Versa

Hi.. my versa green light is not blinking/on. If i put them on charger, its on but when removed the screen is black no green light at the back. Already reset and force start . Does bot help. Versa can sync with app on the phone but screen is black. Pls help thanks

Hi.. i am still sad because they said its not repairable. I love my versa very much and it it so disappointing. So there is no other way to fix it?
