Green lights on Versa 2 not working

Hello - I purchased my Fitbit Versa 2 from Best Buy last summer and the green lights on the back are not working and therefore, are not tracking my workouts or HR accurately. Please help!

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

Unfortunately I have tried this 5 times. Still no green light or tracking.

Try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings and then About, Factory Reset.

Just did this this morning as well. Still not working. Huge bummer too because now I lost all my data!
