Green lights on back of Versa stopped working, no heart rate

Everything was working fine earlier today.  I don't know how to turn off the Versa or how to reset it.  Please can someone help me?  Thanks.

Hi @amy111 sorry to hear you're having issues with your Versa.  Can you try the steps at this link Versa help to reset your watch and see if that solves it.  You might have to restart a few times as well.

Thank you!  Did the reset, and then the shut down.  On restart, all was good.  🙂
