Today I suddenly started to see green vertical lines all over my screen. I already tried to shut it down and a factory reset, as described in other posts, however it didn't work. What else can be done? My Versa is only 4 months old.

Lines lines, everywhere lines - same here, only my lines have a bit more colour to them. I tried to reset, after restarting twice, since my Versa had suddenly started acting up this last week (never an issue previously) and repeatedly shutting itself down. Now it won't do anything - charge, light up, reset, restart, and my phone app can't see it even though it is right next to the device.
I've been through most of the forum topics and tried the suggested fixes and am stumped, and with a very dead Versa (which I'm still trying to charge *just in case*).

Hi FitBit team - looks like you all have your hands full with some issues that seem to overlap the one in this thread (blank screens, sudden deaths of Versas, etc.). I've tried everything I can that was recommended to solve the issue and my Versa is simply dead. Won't charge, blank screen, app doesn't pick it up anymore, sad-faced me. Just prior (over a few days) to this, the screen was acting up, had a funky edge glow to it, then it turned into a set of coloured lines/stripes that would fade, then brighten, then fade with my every attempt to do a factory reset. My device is only 13 months old, never an issue before, never waterlogged, always cleaned per instructions, and charged accordingly. If anyone in your team has a thought on what is happening I would be more than happy to hear it.
What is the recommended next step to a resolution?
