I received my Versa in June 2018, I use it regularly and never had an issue until 3 days ago when I woke up and the screen had green vertical lines. I followed some pointers I found on the Fitbit community and I restarted it a few times but now the screen is just black. It seems like it’s still working since data is still synced to my phone. I’m very sad to be going through this as I love my Versa, it’s a part of me. Any other suggestions on fixing this issue?

I have this problem too. I called customer support and we restarted it several times and it seemed to work, bit less than 12 hours later the screen was black again. Pretty sure the next step is a factory reset.
