Frustrated. I decided to do a factory reset on new versa lite because a number of the settings were greyed out so I couldn't change. Now it won't update. Please help - I love my versa lite!

I did the same and I have exactly the same problem after 15 days of purchase!!! It will not update and I can't use the watch now! Please can anyone help as I'm not having any luck with Fitbits customer service!!!
