HELP! Just 4months after 1 year warranty, Versa1 display gone bad! What can I do?

-- I have 2 Versa1. Nov2018 and May2019Both started to have restarting issues within a month of each other. 

-- This Feb, my May2019 Versa kept restarting and was replacement warrantied with another Versa (versa 1)

-- A week later, my Nov2018 Versa kept restarting and eventually showed the image link above. 

 

What can I do? Fitbit support tells me that if it doesn't work after 3 button resetting, tough luck. 

 

 

PS. The thing they had in common was they both got firmware updated, and got a new free clockface we got from fitbit app in Jan 2020. (it's when i finally got a new DSL line). Said clockface is not available in the app anymore. it was green text with white circles.

I guess it's one of those problems not solved by the only solution here.  "restart the watch"
