Fitbit Versa stopped working last week Friday  I had believed it died an like normal put on charger but never turned back on. Any suggestions. I tried the power key an down key but nothing. I put it in a dehumidifier one for assories but nothing. Them things are not cheap 200 bucks plus tax. What to do now???

 

****UPDATE****

I finally got it to work.

 

I presses all three buttons for like 10 seconds an  Immediately put on charger an it came on, maybe 5mins of being on charger.

I'm having the same problem. I did an update on the firmware on Saturday. All of a sudden on Monday it would do sporadic vibrations. When I looked at the face of my Fitbit, the info regarding steps, heart rate, etc were spinning each time the watch would vibrate. I shut it down and rebooted it. It seemed fine. During the night, it shut down and I have not been able to turn it back on. I know the charger works and Ieft the watch on there for about 6 hours. Still nothing. I have had the watch for about two years. I'm very disappointed in this product

I had the same thing happen last week. I reset it by holding all three buttons, than putting straight on charge and it came good 🙂

Hi

I also ran into problems when the update began. Face went black. No display at all. Vibrated to let me know I had a

message but couldn’t see anything. Eventually died completely despite putting on charge. Fitbit sent me a replacement. This is the 2nd time now this has happened in 12 months. Two Fitbit’s crashing after updates needing to be replaced. Not good. Not happy. And no new Warranty. Existing warranty to continue where left off.

I've tried that several different times, but to no avail. I've had problems with the Versa since I got it. It will be my last Fitbit purchase.😕

I can't charge my versa too. I'm so sad about it.
