Morning,

 

So I went swimming with my Fitbit yesterday and now I can't get it to turn on. I tried charging it for several hours and that didn't help. I tried holding all three buttons down for a couple minutes and it still won't turn on. Any ideas? What do I do next?

After a swim yesterday my VERSA went dead. I charged it and it went back to normal. This morning the screen was a little off centre and I couldn't scroll down. 

Just back from another swim now and watch was completed dead. I felt a stinging on my arm under the watch. I took it off and there was a strong continuous red light. It definitely burned me. Now watch completely dead and won't charge at all. My app is telling me that the battery is full!!! Please help
