I am so disappointed in Fitbit!!
My versa 3 HR monitoring hasn’t been working for well over a week (consistently below HR).
I’ve contacted Fitbit 3 times and each time they tell me “they are currently working to resolve this issue and in the meantime there is nothing they can do.”
WARRANTY states if there is an issue of workmanship under (1) year of purchase then it is on Fitbit to provide a replacement. Because a replacement would have the same issue I feel that it is Fitbit’s responsibility to provide a refund or credit to resolve this issue.
In the meantime my watch HR does not work. This is on them, not me. The customer service was horrendous to work with, they basically just told me well you have to continue to use your watch that doesn’t work because “we’re currently fixing it” with no actual TIMELINE of the fix in sight!!
I’ve had 4 different Fitbit watches and typically love the product. But based on my recent experience this is the LAST time I will be purchasing Fitbit. I so disappointed in their lack of customer service. Apple customer service here I come!

Are you saying it does not record any heart rate, or that it is reading but just not correct?

Not working correctly. Consistently below actual heart rate. Fitbit has told me it is an issue among multiple customers with Fitbit versa 3.
