HR Sensor of my Versa is not working

I have followed all the steps about rebooting my versa and going into the settings to turn off/on HR. Still not working.

@Ahays2 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I appreciate the time you spent trying the restart process in order to fix the heart rate feature.

 

Please make sure that your Versa is not being worn too tight. Also, I'd like you to follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. It also contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it.

Thanks for your reply. I have tired everything and still nothing. Yesterday it happen to work for a short while but it was registering my HR at 179bpm and I was just sitting. I actually took my HR and it was 69 bpm so something is not working correctly. This morning back to not working at all. I have only had this Fitbit since the end of January and I am disappointed that it is already having problems. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
