HR, active minutes and sleep cycle not being read

Since the past 2 days my versa is not reading the heart rate, or the active minutes or the sleep cycle. The green light is not working. I have already toggled the heart rate on/off as well as making a factory reset. My watch is less than a year old and hence I believe still under warranty. What is to be done next?
