HR and sleep not logging

My Versa is almost a year old as I got it the day it released, I think around March last year. No problems until this week when it stopped logging sleep completely a couple nights and it shows I woke up a few hours before I actually did when it does log sleep. My heart rate has been on “null” several times throughout the week, and I’ve reset the versa each time I’ve noticed it, which then corrects it only for the problem to return. Also, my wallet on the versa had cards, but the cards are now gone. I used to get text notifications, but those stopped this week too. My battery started draining quickly this week as well, where it normally lasts about 4 days, it charged to 96% less than 48 hours ago and is now at 10%. I’ve done several resets this week, my app is updated, I don’t use a 3rd party face. I think that covers everything. Any help or ideas? Thanks.

@HeatherRBarton at this point, factory reset. Even several times if necessary. This will wipe your Versa, so please sync first. You will also need to delete your tracker from your Paired Devices list in your phone Bluetooth settings. You can perform factory reset by going to Settings on your Versa, scrolling down to About and tapping Factory Reset. Once Versa resets to factory defaults, you will need to set it up again by adding it as a replacement device in the Fitbit mobile app. Good luck!
