HR gets stuck on my Versa 2

Been a month sense my fitbit stopped tracking my sleep and I'm sure its because the heart rate is getting stuck. My sleep score was last tracked on Nov 14. Snese than I only see a review of being restless. I've done many hard rests, daily and one factory we set. When it gets stuck I can take the fitbit off and it still reads whatever it was reading. It was just reading 115 from early today while I'm at rest. With a hard reset Im at 87. Am upset as this is my second upgrade, I enjoy having my steps counted but the reason to buy the upgrade is the features. I also lost the reports on sleep from paying for premium and has been factor in not paying for another years worth.

Hey there @JRAA, welcome back to the Fitbit Community.

Let's work together to get your Heart Rate issue solved as soon as possible!

Please note that heart-rate tracking technology accuracy is affected by personal physiology, device location on your arm, and type of movement. Please take the following tips into consideration:

  • Tighten the band so that it doesn’t slip on your wrist. For more information, see How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device?
  • Heart-rate tracking may not work with certain accessory bands, especially if they’re loose fitting. For best results, use the band that came with your device.

How clean the back of the device is can also be one of the factors to take into account, please see the following article: How do I clean my Fitbit device?
