I am so beyond frustrated. I have had this Versa for 13 months. Last summer, I stopped getting notifications. After multiple attempts to reset and do all of the recommended troubleshooting measures, I was told it was a common issue that Fitbit was aware of and working to fix. Fast forward to now, and my call notifications are coming through but no texts still. My HR calculations are also grossly inaccurate. I have a heart condition that requires me to be aware of my HR, which is the main reason my husband purchased the Versa for me to use with my workouts. My Versa will show a HR of 123-125 when it is actually 160s-170s. It will stay in the mid 20s and not fluctuate during cardio. My watch has been nothing but trouble since having it.

Hello @SydneyVersa, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums.
I'm sorry to see that you've been having trouble to receive notifications and with the accuracy of your heart rate information.
Before considering other options, make sure to check if the phone you're using is listed here as a compatible device to sync with the Fitbit app: Which devices are compatible with the fitbit app?
In addition, please check all the necessary requirements and if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve problems with notifications: Why are notifications delayed or missing?
Regarding the accuracy of your heart rate information, I would recommend performing a restart and to follow all the instructions in this article to improve the accuracy of heart rate information: How to I improve the accuracy of my heart rate rate reading? This has been useful to other users who have experienced something similar.
Please keep me posted.
