I’ve had my Fitbit versa 3 about a year and have loved it. I spent a great deal of time testing the SPO2 monitoring watch “faces” to find one that didn’t drain the charge. I also turned off notifications to help with charge life. After a year of use, one morning I woke up to a blank clock face, although if I swiped left I could access my apps. I tried adding a different clock app. I discovered my HR monitor was not working, along with spo2 and sleep tracking. I read the forum and tried every single suggestion to no avail. As a last resort I did a factory reset. Now the clock works though it drains the charge fast. HR monitor still does not work (no sensor lights show on the underside of the watch). Still no sleep detection, spo2 detection etc.
I’m truly disappointed in Fitbit. Guess it’s time to switch to an Apple Watch. 😞

Hi @Jpflug64 - check the activation date in the watch Settings, About Versa 3, system info menu.
You can chat via the Fitbit app, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
If warranty is still valid, 1 to 2 years depending on country law, the quickest way is to take it back to where you bought it for replacement.
