HR monitor stopped working and battery doesn't last

Hi the HR monitor stopped working 2 months ago and now my fitbit is all blacked out, I've tried the hold all 3 buttons and other restart process but nothing. In the last couple of days I noticed that the battery did not last a whole 8 hours, I do charge my fitbit every other day. This is my 2nd fitbit and i am starting to get frustrated with it.

Now my fitbit versa would not start up, colored lines appeared and then it just shuts down.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your heart rate monitor stopped working 2 months ago, the battery didn't last and now your Versa would not start up.
