Fitbit Update: 2/19/19
Hi Versa Fam!
We're aware of an issue where some of you may be experiencing issues with your Versa no longer tracking heart rate (HR) and the lights below on the sensor don't flash.
If you come across this problem, please give the watch a restart. We suggest charging the watch to a full battery and monitoring the HR behavior afterward.
Just to make sure we have all the bases covered, double-check that you have Heart Rate turned "On" under the Settings app.
If your watch still isn't recording your HR, please let us know and we'll connect you with our Customer Support team.
Thanks for your troubleshooting efforts! We'll be around if you need us.

My versa is not tracking sleep and bpm either. I have reinstalled and still did not work

I am also having trouble with the heart rate. I've reset it multiple times with no solution. How do we get this fixed?

Same issue here no heartrate so can't record sleep. I reinstalled the software and reset the Versa itself to no avail. The green flashing diode did srart again but nothing else.
Heartrate appears to have abruptly stopped a little before noon on Friday, 2/15.
Any other suggestions appreciated tp avoid returning for warranty service.

My 9 month.old versa has suddenly stopped recording heart rate, sleep and exercise. It has been well looked after, never dropped, not worn in the shower. The little lights on the back of it no longer go either (probably related?)
Is it stuffed?

Hi, restart your Versa several times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. If this does not solve your problems, contact Customer Support.

I keep having to ask mine to connect up with the phone throughout the day. It eventually usually does. Not predictable at all though.
the Apple watch is starting to look really good to me though I really don't want to go to one of their phones.
I'm now wondering if they'll delete this thread. A moderator deleted one of my posts yesterday because it was too harsh regarding the company. He even locked me out of that thread. Can't even look at it now.

Mine is doing the same. Its still counting my steps, a d the number of flights of stairs I've climbed, but nothing else. Mine has done this since 14th Feb. Anyone got any ideas as to why?

Hello, I’m still waiting on help for my Versa issue...after following the factory reset instructions the Fitbit now won’t switch on. I’ve tried the 3 buttons solution but the Fitbit logo doesn’t appear. The watch is dead. Who do I need to call, contact to get this sorted?
