Fitbit Update: 2/19/19
Hi Versa Fam!
We're aware of an issue where some of you may be experiencing issues with your Versa no longer tracking heart rate (HR) and the lights below on the sensor don't flash.
If you come across this problem, please give the watch a restart. We suggest charging the watch to a full battery and monitoring the HR behavior afterward.
Just to make sure we have all the bases covered, double-check that you have Heart Rate turned "On" under the Settings app.
If your watch still isn't recording your HR, please let us know and we'll connect you with our Customer Support team.
Thanks for your troubleshooting efforts! We'll be around if you need us.

My Versa has been rebooted and it is still not syncing sleep, exercise or the hourly activity.

Press and hold the left button and lower right button at same time for 10 to 12 seconds. It will restart and hopefully fix this. I tried it and it worked for me.

Both mine and my wife's Versa decides to stop syncing about once a week now (app reads: "last sync yesterday at 5:33pm"). It's a PITA and a waste of everyone's time to keep having to diagnose and reboot. No one would ever buy this product in its current state.
Every day that passes and this isn't fixed in an app or firmware update makes it more likely that I'll never use or recommend Fitbit products in the future. It seems that Fitbit is "on the way out" can cannot support their $200 products.... oh well, it worked for a while.
Going to the Apple store next.

Given the number of people who keep checking in on this board - now count me to the list - this is clearly NOT a "solved" issue.
My Versa is barely 90 days old. Stopped collecting BPM data this morning - 4 hours ago - in the middle of a workout! Active minutes aren't even CLOSE to reality. I *hate* Apple, but clearly am going to have to seriously reconsider my stance.

My Versa hasn't tracked sleep since December. I thought it was an update problem, it the update didn't fix it. I've restarted it because of dead battery & thatdidnt help. Didn't find anything helpful in the help section. IDEAS?

Hi, a few questions regarding your HR problem:
1. After the factory reset, did you setup your Versa all over again with your phone?
2. Regarding Clock Faces: did you try a Clock Face made by Fitbit itself?
3. Is the green light of the HR sensor still working?
If you've already did thos things and HR is still not working, contact Customer Support.
