I've had my versa since Christmas and suddenly it has stopped tracking my sleep, the app is not showing my heart rate but the versa is, hourly activity is not being tracked at all since last week Wednesday (13/02/2019)
I have shutdown and turned back on, reset, removed from app and added, charged it fully and still no sleep, no activity, no heart rate. Please help!

Do a restart and do it several times if necessary and make sure of the watch placement on the wrist.

Thank you very much! I've managed to get the heart rate back on on my Versa after I restarted the device. But now I'm faced with another problem-I'm not receiving text&call, calendar notifications from my Galaxy S8+ even though they are synced, the Bluetooth is ON, All Notifications-ON. Can you please guide me how to trouble shoot? Thank you!

Hi,
So all day today my Fitbit versa's heart rate monitor has not been tracking my HR and the green light sensors are not flashing. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps like restarting the watch and checking the heart rate settings but nothing is working. What should I do? I noticed a lot of people are having problems with the HR monitor.
Thanks

Mine stopped tracking sleep stages since 13 Feb, only shows sleep patterns. I simply wear the device to sleep with proper fitting and fully charged.
My versa also stop green flash light to detect my HR since 13 Feb as well. I've tried including shot down and restart, three bottom reboot, and factory reset; nothing worked!
I found that Fitbit released an update this morning. After updated the app and restarted my versa, the heart rate tracker worked few minutes but went down again!

Also please temind everyone to go into setting and make sure heart rate monitoring is turned ON. A reset may well toggle it off.
