HR not working light is steady green

I've had my watch for 8 months now and the HR stop working. At first I would tap the screen & it would work again but now it doesn't show anything but 2 lines. The light sensor is still green & steady but wont read my HR. I have tried the trouble shooting steps. I've turned my watch on/off, synced it, toggled HR option on/off and my final attempts of hard resetting it & nothing still won't work and to top it off my band broke off.

Since a couple of days I have the same problems. Green led steady on. Battery is empty after 6 hours, heartrate is double then normal. Did also factory reset but no solution.

I should of bought the Samsung watch instead. It's so much better. 😭 So disappointed in the fitbit I'm definitely not recommending it to anybody.
