Today I realized that while I was hitting my 250 steps per hour mark, it was not showing up on my app. It registered the amount of steps I was taking, but not the fact I was taking 250 steps per hour. I then restarted my versa which didn’t work. I then and deleted + re-added my versa.
You can see I did 250 steps per hour
This didn’t register...
Now all of a sudden I no longer have a heart rate. I realized that now my sensor didn’t work. I followed all the instructions and troubleshooting in the FAQ for when the heart rate isn’t registering and nothing! I desperately need help. I purchased my versa on Amazon on feb 28th so it hasn’t been that long... what can I do. I fear the sensor breaking seems to be a common issue.
