HR stopped working on my Versa, after last iOS update!! Pleeease fix this very talked about issue!

Hi @Katsz1 - this may actually be a watch or clock face issue.

Try toggling the heart rate option in the watch settings - with it off restart the watch, then turn it on and restart again. This may fix it if it is a temporary issue but if you are experiencing other issues, short battery life, button or screen not working properly there can be a fault.

Heart rate is needed to detect sleep.

Try changing the clock face if the watch is syncing correctly but the information is not shown on the clock face properly.
