Every morning the watch face I am using with my fit bit Versa, the heart rate stops working on my watch dash screen. After a few hours it will work again. It works fine on my App and if I swipe up on the watch itself, just not on the dash. Frustrating to say the least as I’ve had the watch 5 days and had a number of issues already. Has anybody else had this issue.

Thanks for bringing this situation to my attention. Tell me, have you restarted your Versa already by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen? Which clock-face are you currently using, is it a Fitbit clock-face or a 3rd party one?
If you're using a Fitbit clock-face, please reply to me with the name of it and when you started experiencing this situation so I can check this further. If you're using a 3rd party clock-face, please contact its developers so they can take correct any issues affecting their clock-face. To contact them go to the Clock-face gallery, tap on the clock face, scroll down and you will be able to see a form to contact them.
