HR won't sync to the app

My fitbit versa lite is reading my heart rate, and will show my resting on the watch, but it won't sync with the app, it won't track my sleep, it won't do anything with my work outs (a few mile run said I burned 30-some calories). I have tried restarting the watch several times, restarting my phone (galaxy s7), uninstalling and reinstalling the app, Unpairing the device, unlinking the device with the app, turning on and off the blue tooth, turning on and off the HR feature. I'm not having any luck. The device losing so much functionality without it (I primarily use it for the HR and sleep features). Can someone help? What haven't I tried?

@Twitchthegoblyn it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not syncing your heart rate to the app. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Make sure to sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data. Once you've done this, try not to wear your Versa too tight and monitor your Versa so you can see if the heart rate syncs to your app properly.
