HRV not showing 3 of last 5 days, all other metrics fine

Versa 3 is not show heart rate variability for 3 of last five days.  This makes the readiness score useless.  all other data reporting fine and sleep scores shows consistent long sleep each night.  Support chat asked me yo replace the device on the app which I did.  Any other folks have this happening?

Same issue. It’s a versa 3 wide problem that they are “working to resolve” without any actual timeline. They won’t do anything in the meantime which is beyond frustrating!

For what is worth, I got a HRV reading today.  Nothing like consistency.....
