Had my Versa less than a day. Ready to return it.

My special edition Versa will not stay connected to my Bluetooth. I've read the forums tried all the files. NOTHING. And the lack of tech support help is glaring! You got it money and you don't care, huh?  I've paid very good money and I'mI ready to run over it with my car!

What exactly do you mean by "will not stay connected to my Bluetooth"?

What are the symptoms?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Exactly that. It doesn't sync, even though it is set for all day sync. If I manually tell it to sync it just keeps searching. I have tried every fix mentioned on the forums. Nothing works. I've cleared cache. Uninstalled, reinstalled. If I turn Bluetooth off and on it will connect momentarily.. . And then go off again.

 

This should be effortless. That is point of paying all this money. I don't get notifications because it doesn't sync.

May I ask what type of phone your having issues with @DIVACHEF?

Have you enabled always connected?
