I’ve been doing circuit training this week. On Tuesday I updated the versa to the new firmware.
this morning I did my workout exactly the same moves, weights etc as Monday and Tuesday but the calorie burn was half? Monday was 534, Tuesday 430 and today’s was only 260?. Looking at the calorie burn chart on the workout there seems to be periods of zero burn as if I was resting which isn’t the case. My heart rate is also reading lower since the update. Not sure if there’s been a change in the way things are recorded? Has anyone else noticed this?
