Halo icons on the home screen

Hi there, kind of confused as to what’s going on with my Fitbit Versa 2. Just got it in July and for the past 3 weeks it’s been showing halo icons on the home screen. Anyone else have this issue ?

I haven't seen that.  It might help if you could include a picture - use 'Photos' icon just above text entry box.

Also no such thing as Versa 2.  I assume you mean just Versa.

Thanks for answering, I tried to add a picture but it has boxes asking for source, image description, dimensions, and no upload option?? I’d love to give you a visual

The icons say run, sleep, add. Also it’s not counting my steps at all.

I click the Photos icon, then in the middle of big gray box, Choose Files, and it lets you select location on your computer.

This option may not be showing up because I’m on my iPhone and not a computer ??

Perhaps.  I am on desktop.
