Hard Reset needed without losing tracking a record history

I'm sure somewhere there'll be the same question around this community but I just want to be sure: If I HARD RESET my Versa 2, will I lose all my records from the fitbit phone's app? My watch is working strange... I did the normal reset but it seems something's wrong... I don't know. But the thing is I don't want to lose my tracks and data from the app (I think my data is allocated in a server somewhere, right?)... I just to get full functionality on my watch.

Could you lend me a hand please?

Thanks in advance!

As long as you tracker has recently synced, all your data is on the Fitbit servers under your account so will not be lost.

However, I would be cautious about doing a factory reset.  I rarely see that fix something that was not correctable by a restart.

If you still do a factory reset, what you will lose is not data, but any personalization you have made to the V2, such as which stats are displayed where, maybe Fitbit Pay and Alexa settings, etc.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
