Hi !

just got a new Fitbit Versa 2 for Christmas, by the time I got the charger (was not included) battery dropped at 0% and won’t charge. Can you help ? I’ve checked for clues, says to factory reset but I can’t because it only shows battery icon with an ! on it. Don’t know what to do !

Forgot to says, already done all the stuff like different USB chargers docks and different electronic plugs but still not charging
