I got a Versa 3 for Christmas. I've been trying for the better part of a day to get my Pandora stations downloaded. I have my Versa 3 connected to Wifi and am connected to my Pandora account in the mobile app.
I force a System Sync and the mobile app gives me a green bar that says 'Preparing music download'. My Versa 3 says 'Updating Stations. You'll be able to play...blah blah'. After about 5 minutes both the green bar and that Versa 3 message dissapears and when I look at the app on the Versa 3 it goes back to saying 'No Stations'
This is extremely frustrating. I see a LOT of probems with this spannign the past 2+ years. Has anyone EVER gotten this to sync correctly?

Hi @Genox forcing the tracker to sync will not sync Pandora. WiFi is only turned on while the tracker is charging and it is only during this time that Pandora will be updated.
Plug the tracker in like you want to charge, at this time the tracker will try and connect to the registered WIFI and update Pandora. You should see 2 progress bars, one for the battery level and the other for the Pandora sync.

i was able to sync Pandora to my versa 3. I have pandora plus so it only synced my top 3 stations. its painfully slow tho - toom around 3hrs. once it synced, i can play the station songs but no sound coming from headset! i've also called fitbit tech support but the gentleman was not able to fix it. he said he has escalated to higher support and next correspondence will be via email.
