Hate Versa

I hate the Versa! I cannot receive notifications even after attempting all troubleshooting! Now I cannot even re-pair it through my Bluetooth or even pair it with the app on my phone! Worst Fitbit purchase EVER!

Android or IOS?

I have both the Ionic and my wife has the Versa and we both have Android and everything works fine. I would suggest a factory reset first and go from there.

the exact same thing is happening to me.  One month old, worked fine then last week it stopped connecting to the app and now it won't connect, no matter what I do to troubleshoot.

had the same issue.  I just called the help line at (877) 623-4997.  They walked me throught the steps and now it works!

I just called the help line at (877) 623-4997.  They walked me through the steps and now it works!

Have you done a Factory Reset on the Versa? Just hold down all 3 buttons for a few seconds, or you can do the following:

 

1.) Swipe left to "Settings"

2.) Select "About"

3.) Select "Reset To Factory Settings"

 

It will then walk you through the setup process.

I hate the Fitbit versa. You should have fixed syncing issues before putting on the market. It was a Christmas present and I want the money back since I was given the receipt. TERRIBLE PRODUCT.
