I am really starting to hate my versa - I am on my second one in a year... and now can’t sync my new one. It also goes restarts on its own every now and then and doesn’t count all steps but have just felt massively let down with this device and stuck with an expensive product that doesn’t work that well.
So any tips to try and get me ok with this please let me know.

Hi, I really hate to advice this, but have you tried to do a Factory Reset? I hate it cause it's the ultimate solution to get your Versa to work normally again, bur that's not all. You have to perform the setup of the Versa with your phone/tablet all over again as after the FR it's in principle a new watch. Let me know how it goes, good luck!! This is my 3rd Fitbit device. The Versa Lite I bought 9 months ago recently became defective. Dispite trying resets, keeping up with updates, button won't activate screen most of the time, isn't displaying correct time, notifies of text messages only occasionally, but displays a constant "nothing new here" constantly. Ugh....

I’m giving up. This is my 3rd Fitbit, my first Versa. No customer service, no fix. Just a dead fitbit that doesn’t even work as a watch. I’m caving and switching to an Apple Watch. Don’t waste your time And money on this watch or this company.
