Have any updates been made to allow having a Versa and Versa 2 on the same account/device?

I have a Versa and  was recently given a Versa 2.  In searching to see if it uses the same charger as the Versa (it doesn’t) I noticed the questions regarding being unable to have both on my account at the same time due to software issues. The last post I saw for this was from 2019?

Very disappointed!!

Has there been any progress on resolving this problem?

Hi @MadamVastra  as long as both your Fitbits use the Fitbit Gallery, you can't use them on one account at the same time.

Thanks so much for your reply. Maybe a better question would be is there  a way to set up more than one Fitbit gallery?  Could I set up another gallery?  Just wondering.🤔😊

I probably need to go back and check out how to set up a Fitbit and refresh my memory on that. Thanks again for your reply..😊

@MadamVastra  one account, one Fitbit Gallery. You could set up a second account using the other Versa, so you could set up on the gallery, too.
