Have they fixed the Versa black screen issue on newer Versa watches?

Hey everyone,

 

I had a Versa (not the lite or versa 2) that died from the black screen fault.

I am wondering if the Versa watches still being sold in stores would be the same in regards to the fault or if Fitbit has updated them/fixed the issue?

 

I don't want to buy another Versa if this issue hasn't been addressed or fixed, but I loved my Versa and miss it!

Hello @Mrsbexie, thank you for your inquiry regarding the black screen not responding of the Versa. Sorry for the late response. 

 

Although the vast majority of users out there have not experienced this problem, it's true that some users are still seeing this behavior with the display. The team of the developers is already aware of this and they're working to find a solution as soon as possible. In addition, the Customer Support team is always eager to help with these type of problems.
