Have to recharge Versa 2 battery every 24 hours

I received a Versa 2 for Christmas 2019. At first the charge would last about 4 days, but has gradually declined. Now I have to recharge every 24 hours. The OS is 70.7.21. Any advise is much appreciated.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Versa 2 battery is draining faster than expected. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. I recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Switch to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? 
  2. Restart your device by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Change the Screen Wake setting to manual: How do I see the time on my Fitbit device?
  4. Charge the watch to 100% and use it like normal.
